OnTime App for London Transit app good for

Of the apps available for London Transit, this is definitely the best Ive seen. The app is great for its GPS-based time estimates and adjusts to route changes pretty quickly. The only issue with this app is that sometimes its estimated arrival times jump forwards or backwards without warning because the individual buses are speeding up to make up for lost time or held back by traffic. However, you can avoid surprises by keeping the app open and regularly checking your buss progress. Overall, an extremely useful and well-organized app.
The best and most accurate app for the LTC. The only app I trust.
Its not accurate to much, when I get directions their usually wrong.
Love the app and its easy to use. If i dont know where a stop is it will show me whats nearby. I have been using it from early on. Worth it to be ad free as well
Super accurate and reliable to use. The update descriptions are also awesome.
This app is easy to use, covers all the needs of a transit app, and has some of the fastest customer service Ive ever seen! The nearby feature makes it way more convenient than google or Apple maps.

Some bad moments

I have other bus transit apps and this one is good for telling you how long till the next bus but is bad for giving directions if you dont know where your going and would be better if it had a map like others iv used
In my opinion this app works. But not all the time, for example I was with my mom trying to catch the 20 and she was using this app to look at the bus times, it said no arrival times so we started to walk up, at our confusion we noticed the bus drive by and then we had to walk 20 minutes to get home!
Used to be my go to app for bus times but its gotten really messed up recently and changed all of my saved routes. Please fix it! Still gives very accurate bus times tho!
When using my saved favourite routes half the time it gives me wait times for buses in different cities. Not happy with this app anymore.
This app is utterly useless for London Ontario. It says a time that a bus will be at certain stops but you can guarantee that its never right, especially lately. Recently, buses seem to be running about 15-20 minutes after the bus it says its going to be there or 5 minutes before you get there. You end up there 5 minutes early than the app says its supposed to be there and then end up either missing the bus or waiting 20-30 minutes for one. Arent buses supposed to be running every 15 minutes? When you mention it to the drivers they just say to not trust the app. Well then, what should I trust?
Serious issues with the 06 and 106 routes in London Ontario. ETAs of busses will be postponed right before the bus is supposed to arrive (12:00 will change to 12:05 at 11:59 and then to 12:10 at 12:04 and so on until the bus is 10-30 minutes late). Theres also many occasions where the busses dont come at all.
